Elgeyo Marakwet Youth Bunge Sacco official name is CS/14657-Elgeyo Marakwet County Bunge Sacco Society Limited.The Sacco was registered on 11th September 2012 with support from USAID under a Youth empowerment program known as YYC-Yes Youth Can which came to an end in the year 2015. Initially,the Sacco membership was restricted to Youths between 18 and 35 years.In the year 2015,Sacco membership was opened and now receives savings and gives loans to even members above 35 years.A Bunge is simply a registered Self Help Group where the sacco derive its members from.
